Ready Hub — Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used water filtration products (straws, filters, purifiers)
  • Opened survival kits or first aid kits
  • Sale items and gift cards

Damages & Defective Items Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support.readyhub@gmail.com immediately so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return Email support.readyhub@gmail.com with your order details. We'll provide return instructions specific to your order. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges Return the original item first, then place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact us at support.readyhub@gmail.com.

EU Customers Orders shipped to the EU may be cancelled or returned within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
